COMMON CARRIER SHIPMENTS: Some products are too long to be shipped by UPS and must be shipped by "common carrier " On orders that must
be shipped by "common carrier " Residential Shipping Fees" apply. This includes all widths over 102", PVC lengths over 102", and double valances over 96" wide. |

CANCELLATIONS: Our merchandise is custom made to your specifications and may not be canceled if the order
is in the process of fabrication. If you must cancel your order, please call the Customer Service Department immediately. They will advise you if the order can be canceled. |

FREIGHT DAMAGE: If freight damage is visible, refuse the shipment and contact our Customer Service Center for further
information. If product was shipped UPS they will inspect the damage and return merchandise to Blinds Connection.If freight damage is concealed, retain all packaging materials and contact our Customer Service immediately. If product was shipped common carrier, the carrier
will return the merchandise for inspection. |
